How to complain
In the first instance, please raise your concern with David Roy directly by calling 07525 802931 or emailing [email protected]. A full copy of the firm's complaints procedure will be provided to you on request and is supplied to all clients at the outset of a matter.
If your complaint is not resolved
If you remain dissatisfied after the firm's complaints procedure has been followed, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, which handles complaints about legal service providers in England and Wales. The Legal Ombudsman can be contacted at:

There are time limits for referring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. You should refer within one year of the act or omission giving rise to the complaint, or within one year of when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.

If you have concerns about a solicitor's conduct (as distinct from the service provided), you may report this to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) at sra.org.uk.
